The day is now over

I release this day and everything that is attached to it

I release any negative emotions such as stress, jealousy, anger, resentment and hatred

I forgive myself for doing things that I did not want to do

I forgive myself for not doing things that I did want to do, I know that tomorrow is a fresh start and a new beginning

I forgive others for not being perfect

I am grateful for the day and let go of all the experiences that did not help me in positive way

My environment is soothing

I am sleepy

I am sleeping in good posture

During my sleep I am going to be rejuvenating

My body is relaxed and happy to rest

My brain is backing up all the necessary positive information
