When we experience too much
negative, it is hard to find things to be grateful for. Unfortunately, when we
think one negative thought, more of the negative thoughts and eventually negative
things and experience show up.
In order to shift our focus to
the positive things we must immediately start being grateful for things that
matter to us. Yes, it can be hard to come up
with appreciative feelings in extremely depressing environment but we need to
start somewhere.
Following is the list of things for which we can ALL be grateful for. Although things can never make us happy, our appreciation
of these things can. These are things
that we take for granted but never the less they have made our lives so much
better.
